The Presenting Sponsor is Hawai’i Tourism. \nInstead of a live in-person event\, this year’s first virtual festival was filmed at historic Queen Emma Summer Palace and features eleven hālau hula in an inspiring program of hula with special messages of aloha from each kumu. Founded in 1978\, the festival honors Prince Lot Kapuāiwa\, who helped reprise hula in Moanalua and reigned as Kamehameha V from 1863 to 1872.\n“While we cannot safely gather together in person during the pandemic\, we wanted to bring our program of aloha through hula to the families and kūpuna here in Hawai’i and beyond our shores so they can watch it in the security of their homes\,” said Alika Jamile\, Executive Director and President of Moanalua Gardens Foundation. \nThe virtual festival will premiere on Moanalua Gardens Foundation’s Facebook site on Monday\, November 16 and on their YouTube channel with additional vignettes on Tuesday\, December 1.

DESCRIPTION:6th Annual Gold Egg Hunt presented by Diamond Bakery & our sister station Krater 96 \nCome celebrate Easter at Wet N Wild Hawaii! The first 500 kids through the gate before 10:30am or while supplies last will receive a special treat compliments of our friends at Diamond Bakery! \nA total of twelve (12) Golden Eggs will be hidden throughout the entire park.  4 around the wavepool\, and 8 around the children’s play area (Keiki Kove & Water World).  Find a Gold Egg for your chance to win either a 2021 Big Kahuna Season Pass voucher ($85 value) or 1 FREE standard cabana rental.  Limit to one (1) Gold Egg per person. The hunt begins soon as the park opens until all 12 Golden Eggs are found! \n*Gate will open at 9:30am for pass holders & their guests and 10:00am to the general public with select rides will be open for use (Keiki Kove\, Water World and Wave Pool).  The rest of the water rides and attractions will open at its regular operating time at 10:30am.
