The incident is said to have occurred outside a local business called Makeda’s Butter Cookies on Airways Blvd. in South Memphis.  Maurice Hill, the owner of Makeda’s, told the outlet that the rapper had entered his place of business to buy cookies when a vehicle approached and someone fired the fatal shot, killing the rapper around 1 p.m. on Wednesday.
