A British bachelor party paid a homeless man $100 to get the groom’s name tattooed on his forehead. The tattoo was supposed to say “Jamie Blake, North Shields, N28”. He wasn’t able to finish the tattoo due to the pain. Many were unhappy with what they say. Local businesses are even discussing paying to get the tattoo removed.
